Release notes for build 1200

This is a minor release that addressed mostly minor bug fixes, code optimization, and the addition of a few marketing pages. Have a look at the new page for the party planning tools.

That is all, have a good Thanksgiving.

As much as I am tired of hearing “web2.0″ thrown around I am a bit more exhausted to hear the drone about web2.0 companies not having a revenue model to speak of.

We have one, oh my! shhhh.. dont tell anyone in our space that we actually make money beyond adsense, banner ads, and affiliate links :)

This is the screenshot of the photoshop comp for the “buy” page of bestpartyever.com. *Subject to change* Bottom line is we have a proven and reliable revenue model that bolts right into our “web2.0″ social goodness.

Attn investors: Time is ticking, If you want in this first round, jump. packages.jpg

Release notes for Build 1164:

These release was all about the new checklists. Users can now track and save multiple to-do item lists.

Quite a few other smaller fixes went in as well.

  • New Party To’do lists
  • Bug fixes to guestlists
  • Badges for user to paste on other sites…
  • The To-do lists utilize the hcal microformat, which will come in handy later for doing exports.

We will likely do a small release early next week to address a few CSS issues and the like. We plan to release v3.0.1 mid December which will deploy the new Vendor platform.

Awesome.
